You may read and use The Colchis freely for planning your own travel. You agree not to use the site in a way that harms it or other people, such as trying to break into it, overload it or copy it wholesale by automated means.
The guide is information, checked as dated
Everything on The Colchis is a guide to help you plan, not a guarantee. We date prices and the rules most likely to change, but conditions in Georgia change after we check them. Roads close, mountain passes shut for the season, weather turns and prices move.
Before you travel, confirm what matters to your trip with the people who run it and with official sources. A price shown on a pick is the price we saw on the date given; the partner’s page always holds the live price.
Bookings with partners
A booking made through a partner is a contract between you and that partner. When you follow a link from The Colchis and book on a booking platform or an operator’s own site, the partner’s terms apply to your booking, including its payment, changes, cancellations and refunds. When you book with a partner, The Colchis is not a party to that contract. If we ever sell a booking ourselves, the listing will say so and these terms will be updated.

Our liability
The Colchis is not responsible for services that partners and other third parties provide, to the extent the law allows. That includes the tours, guided days, transport and stays they run, and any loss that comes from them. Nothing in these terms takes away rights that the law gives you and does not allow to be taken away.
Who owns the content
The text of The Colchis belongs to The Colchis. You may quote a short passage with credit to The Colchis; for anything more, ask us first.
The photographs belong to their photographers. We use them under the licences their photographers chose, mostly Creative Commons licences, and credit each one, with its licence, in the footer. If you want to reuse a photograph, follow its own licence, not these terms.
Links to other sites
Links to other sites are there for your convenience, and we do not control those sites. Their content, their terms and their privacy policies are their own. A link to a site does not mean we check or stand behind everything on it.
Which law applies
These terms are governed by the law of Georgia. The Colchis is run by George Khmaladze, individual entrepreneur, identification number 59001118755, registered at 13 Mshvidoba Avenue, Gori, Georgia. Email: hello@thecolchis.com.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the guide changes, for example when a new way of booking starts. The date below shows when they last changed, and the version on this page is the one that applies.
